Suppose you book a driver for 4 hours and the estimate shown is ₹ 280 and you released the driver within 2 hours then you have to pay the full price shown in estimate in this case you will have to pay ₹ 280 to the driver.

Please note that D4M Care coverage is applicable strong only to the exterior/outer parts of the vehicle /strong . Damages to the strong interior/inner parts of the vehicle are not covered /strong , as per the applicable insurance coverage and policy terms. /p

We have our own detailed registration process where we digitally verify the documents submitted by the driver and the background details of the driver for authenticity. After which we take conduct driving tests where we note how well they are able to control the vehicle. In addition, we conduct regular training and grooming sessions as required. This ensures continuous improvement of the driver's skills and professionalism.

You can track the current location of your allotted driver from 20 minutes prior the scheduled start time of your trip. On opening your app, you will find a map marker depicting the current location of your allotted driver. This location also referred to as live location updates in real-time, giving you a clear idea of where the driver is at the moment. In case you are unable to view the driver&#x27;s location, do notify us, we will take care of the issue

You can cancel your booking by tapping the corresponding button booking entry in the upcoming tab in Bookings. Scroll down to find the option for cancelling. If you need to cancel, try to do so at least a couple of hours in advance so that your allotted driver may be able to serve another trip.

You can extend the timing of your current booking. The extra charges will automatically get added with the trip fare after the trip is completed.

What is a Mini-Outstation?

A Mini-Outstation is a trip from somewhere within the current city to someplace that is outside the city bounds (for more information on the city bounds, see here). A Mini-Outstation trip can have a duration between 4 to 14 hours. Unlike the usual outstation trips driver lodging is not relevant as the trip completes generally in the same day itself.Food and lodging charges are not included in the fare. In the event that lodging is required for the driver, the same must be provided by you. You may at your discretion provide food for the driver.

Should I book an In city trip or a Mini outstation?

A trip is a Mini outstation when you cross the bounds of your current city. The city bounds are displayed on the map of your Application, as a black dotted boundary. As long as you are certain that you will remain within these bounds, you can book an In City trip. Do note that if you cross these bounds, your trip will be automatically converted to a Mini Outstation.

To create a new Booking you need to login to your Drivers4Me account on the Android/iOS application or the web portal.After logging in, you will need to choose the trip type along with the preferred pickup and destination locations. Next you will be shown an estimate of the minimum fare for the trip based on your options. Here you shall be able to change some of the details of your booking and select the payment mode (For more information on payment modes, see here).Once you confirm, your booking will be registered with us and will be visible in the Bookings section. Now relax while we arrange a driver for you.

What is the difference between Outstation and Mini-Outstation?

An outstation trip includes a night stay and maximum driving time of 13 hours/day. Here food and lodging should be borne by the customer. You can book for days. This type of trip is best suitable if you want to go for an outing.A mini-outstation trip does not include a night stay and can have driving hours for any duration. This type of trip is best suitable for going to a place outside city boundary and returning on the same day.

At the end of the trip the requisite fare is deducted automatically from your Credits balance.

Drivers4Me is not liable to pay fine for any traffic violation case.In case of driver&#x27;s fault Drivers4Me executive will help to connect with the driver to recover the fine amount(if reported within 24 hours of incident). In case the fine is charged before the trip ends, customer can deduct the fine, amount if the fine is due to the fault of the driver.
